Endurance Sports Academy of Bangladesh

Bangladesh has the talent. We're building the road.

ESAB finds young endurance athletes in the districts nobody scouts, backs them properly, and puts on races worth travelling for. The full site is on its way — here's what we're building.

Not an event company. A movement that happens to run races.

প্রতিটি জেলায় প্রতিভা আছে — পথ নেই। আমরা সেই পথটাই বানাচ্ছি।

Talent isn't the missing piece in Bangladeshi endurance sport. A pathway is. There is no route that carries a fast fifteen-year-old from a village track to a start line that matters.

ESAB exists to build that route — and to keep it open for the athletes who could never afford to walk it alone.

What we do

Three pillars, one organisation.

Each one funds and feeds the others. The races pay for the athletes. The athletes are why the academy matters.

Pillar 01 · Now

Backing young athletes

Scouting endurance talent in remote and underprivileged communities, then supporting them properly — not with a t-shirt and a photo op.

  • District-level talent identification
  • Coaching, nutrition and gear
  • Schooling kept intact throughout
  • Race entry and travel covered
Pillar 02 · Now

World-class events

Endurance races run to an international standard, on Bangladeshi ground — built to pull people into an active life and to fund the athlete programme.

  • Road, trail and multi-sport events
  • Accurate courses and honest timing
  • Open to every level, not just elites
  • Every entry supports an athlete
Pillar 03 · Ahead

A national academy

A permanent home for young people in endurance and general sport — training, education and coaching under one roof. Early stage, and we'll say so until it isn't.

  • Residential training and schooling
  • Coach development programme
  • Open to athletes from every district
  • Land and funding in progress
The climb

Where we are on the route.

We'd rather show you an honest profile than a finished-looking promise. This is the ground still ahead of us.

Phase 01 · You are here

Foundation

Getting the first athletes signed, the first races on the calendar, and the organisation properly set up.

Phase 02 · Next

Proving ground

A full season behind us, results and spending published openly, and a wider group of athletes on the programme.

Phase 03 · The goal

The academy

Land, funding and partners secured — and the first intake living, training and studying on site.
